The solid teak dining table seats 12 comfortably. After dinner you may want to retire to the fully functional 90M or 900 square feet bar, affectionately known as the The Rumpus Room. Here you will find yourself in a Traditional Irish Pub without leaving the house!
The Bar - Holds up to 70 people and is fitted with 2, 34"e; TV's which has a full array of satellite channels. Plug your Ipod into the docking station and play your own tunes on an independent Bose sound system which also hooks up with the outdoor speakers. Professional Pool table and beer on tap can be provided. The Rumpus Room opens up onto a large granite patio with large gas grill BBQ and patio heaters.

First & Second floors: - On the first floor there are two beautiful bedrooms of 5 star hotel standard; they offer large king size beds, dressing area and large ensuite bathroom facilities. The two spacious bedrooms on the second (top) floor share a bathroom. Each room has a full range of satellite Channels available on the wall mounted 32"e; flat screen TV's, and a DVD player. The comprehensive DVD library of recent movies is perfect for dark evenings and lazy days. Goose down bed covers.

For those who enjoy Angling The river Bann which flows into Lough Neagh, is just a few miles away.
The Bann is stocked with salmon, trout and pike and provides some of Northern Ireland best fishing, attracting professional Anglers from all over the world. And, should you wish to bring your canine companions, secure dog kennels are provided on site.
The north Antrim coast is a pleasant 30 minute drive, which provides some spectacular scenery of wild cliffs, ruined castles and the world famous Giants Causeway. To the west you can visit Glenveigh Gardens and the beaches of Donegal while the Ulster American Museum at Omagh and the walled City of Derry are within an hours drive.
