The cottage has exquisite furnishings, wood-burning fireplaces, polished oak floors and an impressive oak dining table. A wrought-iron staircase leads to the two luxurious bedrooms, with walk-out balconies overlooking Kenmare Bay. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outstanding facilities of the Sheen Falls Lodge Hotel, which is withing walking distance.

Ground floor: Elegant entrance hall with open fireplace. Lounge with oak floor, open fireplace and bay window seats. Beautifully designed and well-equipped country-style kitchen. Dining room with large sun windows. Utility room and garage.
First floor: Two bedrooms with en suite marble-finished bathrooms, underfloor heating and walk-out balconies.
Paved patio and barbecue area, television, video, stereo system, telephone and fax.
Hamper of fresh food on arrival. Daily cleaning service.
Optional services: breakfast, prepared daily and dinner parties arranged at 24-hour notice. Security deposit required.

Additional accommodation for up to four guests is available in the luxurious Garden Cottage which is furnished to the same high standards, but does not have a fully-equipped kitchen.
