The house is comprised of a sitting room, dining room and kitchen, all overlooking Kenmare Bay. There are five bedrooms,
all en suite with Italian marble bathrooms.
The quality of the finish and furnishings is reminiscent of the lounges and rooms at
a luxury hotel. Additional facilities include
a fully equipped utility room and another sitting room upstairs. This self-catering ‘home away from home’ provides magnificent views overlooking Kenmare
Bay and the 16th Green of Kenmare Golf Course. As you gaze out the windows, the scene upon which you can feast your eyes is the highest mountain range in Ireland, the McGillicuddy Reeks; these impressive peaks tower over the picturesque town of Kenmare and Kenmare Bay.Located only
a few minutes walk from the five star Sheen Falls Lodge Hotel, the facilities at which are available to our guests. With full services available, this pristine house offers the opportunity to small family, golfing or corporate groups to enjoy more living space and privacy than staying in the main hotel whilst still availing of all of the hotel facilities, such as swimming pool, tennis etc.

Ground floor:
Sitting room, dining room and kitchen/lounge all overlooking Kenmare Bay. One guest bedroom, bathroom, a fully equipped utility room and a guests
WC.
First Floor:
Four double rooms, all ensuite with Italian marble bathrooms. Three bedrooms have double beds and the remaining room can be presented as either double or twin bedded room. As well as four bedrooms
on the first floor there is an additional sitting area located between two bedrooms, which can be used as a playroom for children.
General:
•Daily cleaning service with all fireplaces cleaned and set each day. •A hamper of fresh foods, wine and beer selection on arrival. • Guests have complimentary use
of the Health Spa at the internationally acclaimed Sheen Falls Lodge five star resort hotel. (treatments are extra) in addition to full access of all hotel facilities. • Bicycles available for residents use. • Daily laundry service available at the hotel. • Dinner parties can be arranged on request (minimum 24 hours notice).
Amenities in the area
The town is surrounded by the highest mountains in Ireland and is just off the famous ‘Ring of Kerry’. The mountains immediately to the south form the less famous, but equally scenic, Ring of Beara where many local artists live. It’s not unusual to bump into international “celebrities” in the small local restaurants and pubs. Kenmare is home to numerous award winning restaurants quaint pubs and small galleries and craft shops. There are many good golf courses within an hour’s drive and one can be reached in only minutes. The Ring of Kerry Golf Course is four miles west Local gardens include Derreen and Muckross; while tropical Garinish Island Gardens are also within easy access. Killarney is one hour by car.
Star Sailing and Adventure Centre is approximately 2km. and there is an equestrian centre down the road.

Nightly rate: €720
Prices includes daily housekeeping service and a welcome hamper on arrival.
A security deposit of €500 is required at check-in.
