This luxury contemporary villa is situated in its own private gated estate and is near the beach. The uninterrupted view of the sea and surrounding countryside is stunning. There is a second villa nearby with similar accommodation.

(two miles) to the amenities of a luxury hotel - Spa, indoor Swimming Pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and of course the hotel bar and restaurant. There is a private all weather tennis court. Private access to Whiting Bay Beach.

There are two spacious living rooms with flat screen TV’s and all Sky channels available. The large open plan kitchen, with a connecting dining area, seats 10 at a round table. There is also a comfortable outside dining facility which seats 10. The house is wheelchair friendly.
Bedroom 1 has a super king bed and en-suite (bath and shower) TV, Bedroom 2 has a king bed and with en-suite, Bedroom 3 has a double bed Bedroom 4 has two single beds, Bedroom 5 has two Bunk beds – ideal for the younger members of the family. The main bathroom has electric shower, (full wheelchair accessible wet room), also guest bathroom. Is this a full bathroom? There is a utility room with large freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outdoor hot shower.

Using this luxury villa as your base you can be as active or as sedentary as you wish... Ardmore is believed to be the oldest Christian settlement in Ireland which predates the coming of Saint Patrick! The Anglo Irish novelist Molly Keane lived in Ardmore for many years and was buried there in 1996 . The American novelist Nora Roberts has based three of her books in Ardmore, making it a popular destination for American tourists. The place has attracted other writers including Fergal Keane and Claud Cockburn. The writer family of Thurstons were once owners of the house "Maycroft", a plaque to this effect is mounted on the wall there. Some of their novels were set in places very similar to Ardmore
Activities could include Sea Kayaking, Rock Climbing, Walking , Biking, Ireland’s most unique golf hole and Whale Watching to name a few.
