Off the hallway are two main reception rooms; the first, with an open fire and large bay window, is perfect for sipping a glass of
wine with friends as you overlook the sea. The second reception room is suited to larger families and groups. It is surrounded on all sides by windows and contains a lavish L-shaped sofa in front of a large TV - fully equipped with Sky TV and a DVD player. The private reading conservatory is an ideal space for those who seek solitude.

Ground floor:
As above with open plan kitchen and dining area; both areas are decorated elegantly with art. The kitchen is dominated by a large granite topped island with generous working space. It is fully equipped with top of the range appliances and a large breakfast bar. Cooking is by gas. The island leads to a set of french doors opening onto a decked barbecue area. The large dining room sits next to the kitchen and is finished with a mixture of soft carpet and plush curtains creating the ideal surroundings in which to play host to the perfect dinner party.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor; one double and one with two single beds.The double bedroom is stylishly minimalist with a large bay window and beautiful views... The twin bedroom is perfect for children or two adults sharing and comes complete with a high spec
en-suite which is shared by the double rooms. This room has television.
There is a toilet and sink on this floor.
First floor:
The master suite is sensational. You will wake up to views over the North Atlantic. French doors are a decorative feature, as no window would run from the floor to the ceiling to take full advantage of the formidable view.

The room is furnished with fine art, church candles and books. Here you can unwind here and watch the sun set, far from the concerns of modern life. There is a free standing claw foot bath in the ensuite bathroom.The suite also has a cute dressing room complete with ‘his and her' sinks and dressing tables. Distant views of two delightful unoccupied thatch famine cottages remind one of Ireland’s histories. Master suite is linked to dressing room (with its own sinks) which is linked to the en suite.

The two remaining bedrooms are large, bright and airy and contain double king size beds, dressed in the finest of Irish linen. Each has its own ensuite bathroom and relaxation area with settee and a coffee table. There are many books for you to enjoy.One bedroom contains views from the back of the house over mountainous Donegal.The second bedroom has views stretching over the ocean and Ballyliffin Bay –all visible from the comfort of your own bath tub.

The outdoor areas are memorable. Multiple raised and decked barbecue areas provide a picturesque location for a garden party. The home is surrounded by 7 acres of rough countryside and is less than a stones throw from the property's very own rocky private coastline.

The house is by gas. Wifi available, also telephone, cot and high chair. While children are welcome ground floor is semi-open plan and both reception rooms have glass sliding doors.
Amenities in the area
The house is fabulously rural, yet still highly practical. There are two traditional craft shops 20-minute walk away. There is also a convenience store a 20-minute walk away. In Malin and Carndonagh, 20-minute drive, there are all the small shops and supermarkets one would expect to find in well established small towns. You can enjoy a pint in one of many traditional Irish pubs. Irelands most northerly pub, Farren’s Bar, is 2o minutes walk. The Crossroads is a cosy bar only 15 minute walk and The Seaview Tavern is a 20 minutes on foot. Local attractions include Bamba's Crown, Malin Head Pier and Ireland's
tidiest Town, Malin. There are restaurants in Malin and Culdaff. Local beaches include Five Finger Strand and Culdaff blue flag beach. You will also find beaches in Rathmullan and Ballyliffin. One hour and 30 minute drives respectively.
