The area is rich in prehistoric sites. The peninsula also offers excellent touring by car. Seal colony and sea fishing at Carbery Island. Sandy and shingle beaches. Ilnacullin Gardens are a 'must see' for gardeners. Listen to Irish music and have a pint in one of the local pubs! Or just enjoy the peace and tranquility in this stunning location.
