Ground floor: Large sitting room with vaulted beamed ceiling and wood burning stove. One bedroom and one large bathroom on this floor. Guest cloakroom/w.c. Splendid, fully equipped country kitchen with open fireplace. Traditional half-door leads from the kitchen to the courtyard, with its 'private' traditional Irish pub: this little pub is for the private use of guests but you have to purchase your own drinks!
Upstairs: One double bedroom with views of the lake and the walled garden.

A number of superb championship golf courses are easily reached: Dromoland Castle Golf Course is 11 minutes away; Limerick Golf Club and Limerick County Golf Club are under 45 minutes distant; Lahinch and Doonbeg are just over an hour’s drive, while Ballybunion is just under two hours drive. Bunratty Castle and Folk Park are 12 miles away. Excellent shopping , restaurant and pubs in Limerick and Galway cities.
