First floor: Sitting room with small bar; floor to ceiling windows overlook the beach and harbour.
Mezzanine level: Luxurious master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, with uninterrupted sea views.
Lower ground floor: Double ensuite bedroom/sittingroom with fireplace and porthole at beach level.
The house is not suitable for children under 10 years. No pets. Non smoking.
Amenities in the area
Good shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs in Skerries village, including 'Stoop your Head' – which won the Gastro 'Pub of the Year' award in 2009. The recently renovated Skerries Mills and Ardgillan Castle are a treat and not to be missed. The area is renowned for fishing, sailing, swimming and has a beautiful golf course only 1km away. The championship courses of Portmarnock and The Island are a short drive. Other places of interest include Malahide Castle and Gardens, and the Fry Model Railway. In just over an hour you can drive to some of the greatest Neolithic sites in Europe: Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth were constructed over 5000 years ago and they have been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
