The house is bright and spacious with a southerly aspect and splendid views of Dublin Bay, Dalkey Island, Killiney Bay and the Sugarloaf Mountain. The accommodation is approximately 427sq.m (4,600 sq. feet) and includes pillared entrance porch, reception hall, guest wc, two reception rooms, large kitchen/breakfast room, games room, shower room, sauna and six bedrooms; five double and one single (suitable for child) Four have ensuite bathrooms. The diningroom is beside the kitchen with interconnecting door. The large round table seats 10. There is a mahogany fireplace with ornate cast iron inset, mahogany panelled walls and a bow window which overlooks the bay. The elegant drawing room is on the opposite side of the corridor. It has two bow windows with sea views and a white marble fireplace with slate inset and hearth.

The master bed room has two bow windows with sea views and recessed lighting. The en suite bathroom with wc, wash-hand basin, sunken jacuzzi bath and heated towel rail is split level. Bedroom 2 on this floor has wash-hand basin, carpet on the floor and a window to the rear of the house. This room has ensuite bathroom with cast iron bath (hand-held shower attachment).

Downstairs, on the garden level, there are three bedrooms: Bedroom 3 has ensuite corner shower, wash-hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 4 is a double room with coved ceiling and recessed lighting. The ensuite shower room has Grohe shower with body jets, heated towel rail and wash-hand basin.

Bedroom 5 is a small single suitable for a child; it faces the garden. Bedroom 6 is a double bedroom with french doors into the garden. Across the recreational room there is a full step-in shower, beside which is a WC and wash-hand basin. There is a sauna next to the shower.

The recreational room is large with a pool table and exercise bike. There is a TV room adjacent which is perfect for children. French doors lead to the garden and a spiral staircase leads to upper level and sun terrace.
