This enchanting thatched cottage lies just under a mile from the picturesque town of Kenmare, cradled between the Ring of Kerry and the Beara peninsulas. “Marianne’s Cottage” is named after the wife of Mr Bent Hoyer, founder of the internationally acclaimed hotel on whose estate the cottage stands. With its exquisite furnishings, polished oak floors, and wood-burning fireplaces, the cottage provides a haven of comfort and tranquillity. Every care has been taken to provide natural light and views from all aspects of the cottage, and the luxurious bedrooms have walk-out balconies that take in the magnificent expanse of Kenmare Bay.

The cottage is surrounded by an acre of landscaped gardens with stunning sea and mountain views. It is an ideal base for touring the spectacular Atlantic coastline and the majestic mountainous interior of County Kerry. Killarney National Park, and the celebrated Lakes of Killarney are a half hour’s drive away.
