HOLISTIC VACATIONS
for Mind, Body and Spirit

The purpose of our holistic vacation/seminars is threefold: relaxation and exercise for the body, stimulation for the mind and personal discovery through a series of transformational talks and techniques. Groups are small; usually no more than 14. You can travel solo and join a group of like-minded people or you can assemble your own group and agree a theme in advance. Every group is assigned a transformational coach/ facilitator and a guide for sightseeing and excursions.

65-acre private island off the Atlantic west coast of Ireland in County Mayo, ideal for exclusive use for our themed holistic vacations. Five island houses are dotted around, accommodating 15 guests single occupancy and 25 guests double occupancy. This truly is a world apart.

A charming castle set in acres of parkland in County Fermanagh and bordered on one side by Lough Erne.
This venue has its own cookery school where cookery demonstrations and information on nutrition and healthy lifestyles are combined to educate and entertain. At the heart of the 470-acre estate, the 17th-century castle, once home to generations of nobles, welcomes groups of up to 16 guests.

A private estate in County Cork accommodating 14 single occupancy or 28 sharing.
In these frenetic times "Privacy is a Priceless Commodity". But set within a walled garden with 10 foot-high stone walls, security gates and 40 acres of woodland and lawns, this unique country mansion brings back old-world opulence and personal service in a unique and secure setting.
