Dating from 1860 the apartments have been restored with great care to provide outstanding self-catering accommodation. Each of the eight apartments has its own special character and a four-star rating – the highest possible - from the Northern Ireland Tourist Board. They have won many accolades, including an RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) commendation for regeneration and a prestigious British Airways Tourism Award. One apartment is suitable for use by disabled visitors, another has a children's loft.

Each apartment has its own separate accommodation combinations, with a mixture of rooms with double bedrooms and twin bedrooms (two beds). Depending on requirements, these units can accommodate up to six people, and provide special accommodation for children and the disabled. All have well-appointed kitchens, sitting rooms and dining facilities.

The three bedroom apartments have sitting room, dining area and kitchen. One has a separate TV room and door leading to small patio area. One has a separate dining room. Three bedrooms on first floor, one double with shower en suite and two with twin beds share a bathroom. There is one single story apartment suitable for a disabled person. This has one bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with bath, sitting room and kitchen

Amenities in the grounds include all-weather hard tennis court (in the old walled garden), private coarse and pike fishing, shooting and stalking (advance notice required), boat hire to explore the lakes and islands, and walking in the surrounding countryside. Ideally located close to the shops and restaurants of Enniskillen. A perfect base for visiting the many historic houses and sites in the area, including the National Trust properties of Castle Coole, Florence Court and Crom. The magnificent beaches of County Donegal are approximately 45 minutes away, as is Belleek - home of the famous pottery. The Marble Arch Caves are 10 minutes by car.
