This stunnin property, situated just over 12 miles from the centre of Dublin City, comprises six manicured acres and includes four separate dwelling houses and one apartment. Built in the Georgian period and restored and refurbished to the highest of standards in the late 90’s.

For informal evenings you can enjoy the ambiance of your own traditional Irish style pub which is fully operational. The floor is slabbed in Irish stone and the back wall contains a large open fireplace. Local musicians can be engaged to entertain.

The 20 metre swimming pool is housed in its own building and has a constant depth of approximately 5 and a half feet. The pool building contains a gym, kitchen, massage room and showers. At one end of the building there is a large room built in a monastic style which could be a suitable venue for a dinner party/banquet. It contains extremely high ceilings and a large open fire place.

The main house contains six exquisite bedrooms, four of which are en suite. There is a dining room, drawing room, morning room, library, and office and traditional kitchen. Off the main house is a two bedroom apartment with WC, kitchen and small living area. Located in a charming courtyard is the two story Coach House which is a building with two bedrooms upstairs each with its own bathroom. Downstairs contains an open kitchen and living area. A further two story house contains two bedrooms (one en suite), an office, kitchen and beautiful living area which looks out on the artificial lake. The Gate Lodge is a small cottage with two simple bedrooms, a kitchen and living area.

The walled orchard and gardens are idyllic and it is not surprising that many guests spend their entire vacation within this walled private estate. The charming summer house and outdoor dining area are covered in Clematis. The central lawned area contains apple and pear trees as well as cherry blossom. Just off the orchard is the walled tennis court which, in summer time, is brightened by wisteria which grows on all four walls. Just past the tennis court is a landscaped lake area with hills of lavender and beautifully maintained flower beds. The Curragh, Naas and Punchestown Race Courses are easily accessible. Beautiful Castletown House is a 30 minute drive, as are the K Club and Carton House golf courses.
